Is there a way to set a default Imap PATH prefix? I need to set it to '/Mail' so webmail can find imap folders. Thanks!

I'll check this with the developers, but first I need to know whether this is about PHP or ASP.NET version. And I assume you use current 6.2 release, right?

I've just spoken to the developers, and looks like we don't have clear understanding of the initial issue. When WebMail logs into account, it fetches complete tree of the IMAP folders, and those with known names like "Drafts" or "Sent Items" are automatically assigned as system ones. Of course, you can reconfigure folders in your account settings, and assign the folders you need to become system ones. However, being unable to find IMAP folders at all is somewhat weird, so detailed explanation of the issue would be really appreciated.

we use dovecot and have a mbox namespace of ~/Mail. For imap clients to see the mbox folders under ~/Mail the imap path prefix needs to be set.

some examples of what other clients do:

http://support.ecenica.com/email/set-imap-prefix-apple-mail/

In Apple Mail, look under Preferences, Accounts, Advanced, "IMAP Path Prefix";

Thunderbird, look under Edit, Account Settings, Server Settings, Advanced, "IMAP server directory";

Outlook and Outlook Express, look for "Root folder path" under advanced mail settings or IMAP settings.

WebMail Pro doesn't require this kind of configuration, it fetches namespace information from IMAP server and processes the list of folders accordingly. In case if, for some reason, namespace information is incorrect and folders are not retrieved properly, that should be resolved on mail server configuration level.
