What version number of WebMail Pro is used? Is this about ASP.NET or PHP version?

I believe there were multiple interface-related fixes and improvements in few previous builds, so please make sure you're using the latest build. If the issue persists there, please let us know.

I have found the reason.

 when settings.xml file config <IdleSessionTimeout>3600</IdleSessionTimeout>.
then webmail will can't reply or write mail.

How I do right config the IdleSessionTimeout ?

This option is highly affected by particular web server configuration, so this is mainly a matter of experimenting. In most cases, we recommend setting it 0 which means session is active as long as browser windows is open. You can find more information on settings.xml file here.
