The username or password you entered is incorrect.
When attempting to login to the webmail interface I get the above error, this installation is a new install of Webmail Pro 6.
domain settings:-
Domain - test.local
User - test@test.local
at the login information I am putting the following:-
Email - test@test.local
login - test
password - ..
then I get the error..
All settings are default..

How exactly are you putting login different from email address? Are you using Advanced Login mode? Did you try supplying test@test.local for login?
You might need to tweak login settings found in settings.xml file, namely UseLoginAsEmailAddress and few options nearby.
