Hello Guys, Recently we are suspicious that the WebMail Pro is leaving the system slow! We do not know exactly what is happening!

But apparently it is MySql which is struggling to do the trick ...

Our system:

Processor: 4 x Intel Xeon E5320 1.86 GHz (4x 4MiB Cache)
Ram: 8GB
HD: 160 Gb Scuzzy (Spread)
The internet link to the server so much where we access this left! But before we clicked and it opened like magic!

Some database tables are loaded with data from a few bytes!

E Someone has gone through this or have any idea what could be or do?

Thank you in advance!

It might be helpful if you specify the edition used (ASP.NET or PHP) as well as the version number you're running.

By the way, MySQL itself offers an approach for optimizing tables. Did you try any of those?

Does the slowdown actually occur on login, or the process is generally slow, or maybe some specific actions are affected? Actually, what exactly makes you think that MySQL is a reason of this and not, say, mailserver? During the login process, WebMail Pro sends a number of requests to mail server. Did you study the logs of WebMail Pro, maybe there is something relevant there?

Generally, the more information about the problem is available, the better chances are that someone will eventually help you with that. Not necessarily AfterLogic staff though, since this is a community resourse.
