Hello,
the receive of e-mails for multiple accounts normally works fine but I have an inexplicable problem with one account. After the first creation of this account it worked fine for some weeks but one day, it refused to display new e-mails. Immediately after Webmail-login I can see the receive-procedure running for every account. It is showing shortly the number of available mails for every account. If the regarded account is handled, I can see the number of received e-mails correctly ... but later there are no new mails in the inbox !
- I tried the account with Outlook-Express - no problems.
- I deleted the account at Webmail and created a new one - not working again.
- I deleted the account and created a new one at another user - not working.
- I created a new e-mail account at my provider and checked it with Webmail - no problems ...
- I upgraded to the Webmail version 6.3.8 - still not working.
I need help ! thanks

I understand this is about PHP version, but are you using POP3 or IMAP protocol? Does this occur only for one of the linked account within a single WebMail Pro account? Is that linked account special in any way?
Another thing I'd like to clear is when exactly receiving of new mails stops for the particular account. Does it occur during single login session when you switch between the accounts?
