I was wondering if I have to set up the DNS records using mailbee on windows 2008 server and if so how would I go about doing that?

In general case, you send mail out after specifying relay SMTP server - and if that would be the case, it doesn't matter whether the machine you're running MailBee-powered application has the DNS records assigned for it. It would only matter in direct-send scenario, when you use DNS MX lookup instead of relay approach. If that's your case, you need to check your DNS configuration with your host or system administrator.
