Hello! I would like to utilize an outside address book (CRM) for WebMail. What is the best way to integrate such a feature?

Assuming you're speaking of PHP version, you can try using external DAV server instead of built-in one. Of course, you're doing that at your own risk, we've never tried that. In the future, we'll probably make this kind of integration available out-of-box, but it's probably the distant future

Ok, I think I may try and create some kind of hook instead. Just something to pull in and format the external table as needed. Ill look into the DAV though.
