How can i add a logo (image) to the login page of webmail pro php

Well, you can modify WebMail Pro logo as shown here, but it will be displayed on every page. If you need to have it just on the login page, you'll need to edit index.php file. Look for:

There are two DIVs like that one there, the first one is used on error screen while the second is for regular login page.
