Hello all,
I have setup a nice postfix + dovecot with Webmail Lite.
Everything works very nice.
The only problem I have is that, when i delete a message via IMAP on Apple Mail.app client, the message disappears from Inbox (from mail.app) as it should, but, Webmail Lite still shows the message in the Inbox.
It's not moved to Trash. Refreshing and Re-login-ing does not help.
If I delete messages within Webmail Lite, it works just fine (and deletions reflect in Mail.app immediately).
What can I do?
br,
T

I tested this scenario with Squirrelmail, and when I delete a message in Mail.app (Apple), It moves to Trash in squirrelmail too.

We did a few tests, and it looks like Apple Mail doesn't really delete items immediately; instead, it copies (exactly copies, not moves) those to Deleted Messages folder, and maybe sets Deleted flag (that flag is disregarded by our WebMail, as we use a different approach for deleting messages). To delete them completely, you'll need to use Mailbox > Erase Deleted Items tool in Apple Mail menu.
