Hi, can you please enlighten me? ;)
We are figuring out if we are going to offer Afterlogic WebMail Pro PHP to our end-users and use it instead of the current atmail and horde installations.
We have a dedicated (plesk) server (1 ip/hostname) with 500 domains. These domains use 1-3 emailaccounts per domain. (let's say max 1000 emailaccounts) Is 1 server license ($99) really enough?

Yes, this license covers the configuration you described just fine. Currently, per-server limit for number of users is 25,000 which should be more than enough for single Plesk server. Number of domains doesn't matter here, only total number of users is important.
