Hi,
Webmail recognizes INBOX mailbox, and retreives all messages.
But it doesnt sync my sent items, trash and spam folders.
I have used
AfterLogic WebMail Lite 6
Current versions:
PHP Vesion 5.4.9
AfterLogic WebMail Lite 7
Any solution please?
Thank you

First of all, make sure you actually use IMAP access. Version 6 of WebMail supported POP3 and for that protocol, only Inbox folder exists. Current version uses only IMAP though, and for that one, it acts in exactly the same way as any other IMAP client: it fetches your IMAP folders list and tries to determine Sent folder, Trash, etc. based on their IMAP names. If non-standard folder names are used, they will not be recognized, but you can reconfigure folders used by WebMail in Manage Folders screen of your account settings.

1- I use IMAP (imap.domain.tld/Port) and the current version is AL 7.
2- Where can i find out the folder names used in my webmail to compare it with AL folders?
3- How to reconfigure folders in Manage Folders for all users?
Thank you so much for your support

In Manage Folders screen, you'll get a complete list of folders. Those folders which aren't recognized as system ones will be shown there with their actual names. And for each folder, number of mails in it is shown there.
In version 6, there was a plugin for changing default folders, and though v7 doesn't include it by default, the plugin should work with the current version too, you can download it here and enable according to this forum topic.

Since you didn't describe anything about the situation you have in Manage Folders screen, I don't think I understand what changes you expected, and for now, there's no reason to suggest something works incorrectly.
The idea of the plugin is to replace default folder names with other names, and you need to know the names actually used on your server, and to supply them in the plugin code.

One important thing I forgot to mention: the plugin only affects new accounts, so you need to delete an account in WebMail Pro and log into it again, to see if there are any changes.

According to it, all the other folders are there but they are empty. If you believe that doesn't match the actual situation with your IMAP account, access that account with some other IMAP client, like Mozilla Thunderbird or Outlook Express. It's absolutely important to use IMAP with it, and most probably, the other client will show exactly the same behavior.
