Hi,
I have an issue with saving default domain settings while "save" button works on other sections of adminpanel it does not works in default domain setting ?

Do you see any changes applied in data/settings/settings.xml file? Make sure that the file is writable by web server.

data/settings/settings.xml file had different permission i changed it to 777 but still settings aren't saved no difference..

So let me see if I'm getting this right. For example, you're supplying some random value for incoming server name in default domain settings, and upon hitting Save it's not really changed, and IncomingMailServer is not changed in the XML file - is that right?
If so, I'd recommend to check logs of your webserver and PHP; most likely, this is still about permissions.

Well yes right, i tried "Site name and Autocheck mail every" settings but it doesn't save..
Are there any other permission other than settings.xml file should be set ?

No, I believe that's the only configuration file affected.
