I downloaded the trial version before purchasing and upon installing, it gets past the installs for the perl libraries and gives this error:

Warning: RPMDB altered outside of yum

I say error because at this point it just hangs and does nothing. I'm installing on a brand new install of centos 6.

What should I do at this point?

A little more info just to help:

I'm doing the 'rpm ivh' install per the documentation. When I check the yum lock:

 [root@webserver ~]# ps -ef | grep 9897
 root      9897 9889 0 07:48 pts/1    00:00:03 /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/yum install spamassassin -y
 root     10000 9929 0 07:59 pts/2    00:00:00 grep 9897

That doesn't seem to be related to WebMail Pro, maybe you were trying MailSuite Pro instead? If yes, try installing spamassassin prior to setting up the product.
