Support: One of my users is getting the following error upon logging into her mailbox.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of null message-list-prototype.js:1428

There are no folders on the left hand pane and most of the buttons are not visible. Basically the whole system halts at that error. I have recreated her account in both webmail and my hmailserver, but no dice. I use IMAP.

Any ideas?

Since only one account seems to be affected, one of the messages or folder names might be causing this. If you enable both types of logging according to this article, are you getting any errors reflected in any of the logs?

You can send us the logs for examination via HelpDesk.
