Hello,

i'm sorry if this question was already answered somewhere.. but i cannot found any topics related to my problem..

I need a webmail client like Afterlogic, sopporting both imap and pop3, that keeps a copy of the mail on the database also if the mail will be deleted from the mail server..
There is a way to configure Afterlogic in this way?

I tried activating the StoreMailsInDb setting in the settings.xml, but the mail it's deleted anyway.. what im missing?

Are all the settings in the settings.xml explained somewhere?

Thanks in advance

Current version supports IMAP only and it accesses emails on server directly, it doesn't store local copies anywhere. This isn't going to change in the future.

There's a documentation page explaining each option of settings.xml file. Note that it's a work in progress, so some parts of the description might require adjusting to reality of new version 7.
