What am I missing?

Here my settings:

<LoginFormType>LoginAtDomain</LoginFormType>

<UseLoginAsEmailAddress>Off</UseLoginAsEmailAddress> (Off or On doesn't change anything)

<LoginAtDomainValue>mydomain.com</LoginAtDomainValue>

<LoginAtDomainValue />

The approach which assumes logging into specific domain without entering full email address is not implemented in current version yet, it's scheduled for future releases.
