          Hi,

I am working in an educational institution and am therefore evaluating your Xmail server pro and webmail pro solutions so as to use them to setup intranet e-mail. I had downloaded the trial and installed it successfully on my laptop (running windows vista). I was able to login to the administration panel, setup the database (mysql), create domains and users and successfully login as a user.

However, once logged in to webmail, I am unable to send out messages and I keep getting the message "Can't connect to SMTP server. Check SMTP server settings." at the top right corner of the webpage.

I have performed all setup as per the instructions provided.

Kindly provide me with any information that might be helpful in resolving this issue.

 Thanks in advance.

Most probably, antivirus or firewall on your laptop blocks connections through port 25. Please check its configuration of temporarily disable for testing purpose.

Firewall usually blocks the connections through port. I have accessing problem before that too.
