Hi,
Okay so I have setup Afterlogic using the standard Linux install method in a directory called /email/.
This is available via http://thetechlounge.co.uk/email/.
I have created a subdomain, email.thetechlounge.co.uk which points to http://thetechlounge.co.uk/email.
If I visit http://email.thetechlounge.co.uk in a web browser on a iOS device I get prompted to install the profile and this all goes to plan. Email works as expected but I don't appear to be getting calendar and contact sync.
Any suggestions?

To make sync work reliably regardless of DAV client used, it's recommended to provide a separate virtual host for DAV, with either dedicated port or a special hostname used. In case of iOS, port 8008 is used by default, so setting it for virtual host used by DAV should help. Detailed instructions for configuring DAV server can be found here.
