Hi,

We have 2 spam folders, spam and hard spam below it. users get confused that they have to open up the spam folder clicking on arrow to see the subfolder hardspam. Happens with other subfolders also.

I know its uncommon, but any way to make folders appear opened by default? at least on users first login?

Currently that's not customizable, but according to the developers adding this option is rather easy, so most likely we'll be adding this in next version of the product.
