WebMail Lite 6.3.1
I use static user & password in login-to-account.php then call mini-webmail by:

$oApiWebMailManager->JumpToWebMail('mini-webmail.php?open_mode=view&msg_uid=31&folder_id=1&folder_full_name=INBOX&mode=263');


everything ok, but have a problem with Reply button, Forward button and Quick reply not work!!!!, please advised.

That's a very old version of the product, we can't really offer any help with it anymore. Switching to current version of the product (7.3 at the moment) is strongly advised. However, since WebMail Lite PHP is an open-source product, you are free to modify the code and change the product behavior to make it suit your needs.

my mail server still only support POP3 and SMTP,The current version of WebMail 7.x not supported POP3. or you have any solution for POP3 in 7.x version, please.

No, but you could try using the final 6.* release of WebMail Lite, version 6.6.0; there's a good chance the issue is fixed there:
