Hi,
I am getting this error "The previous session was terminated due to a timeout" continuaously when i login to WebMail lite installation with email account.

While i referred to this article, http://www.afterlogic.com/kb/articles/the-previous-session-was-terminated-due-to-a-timeout

but it really could not help me. cant understand what to do.

The installation is of PHP version on a shared hosting on bigrock via cpanel (softaculous) .

Everything was working fine recently. I am, confused as when i talk to server guys they says its the problem in the script.

Please help

That sounds like a problem with handling sessions, maybe caused by insufficient write permissions over the directory used for saving sessions. Do you have access to PHP error logs? And if yes, do you see anything relevant in those logs?
