in Gmail the folder are full contain messages
in webmail the folder are empty
HELP????

Do you have messages there accessible via IMAP? For instance, if you connect with Thunderbird via IMAP, do you see the contents of this folder. If it's not available via IMAP, WebMail Pro will not see any messages there.

Please enable logging in Admin Panel / System / Logging, try again and check the log file for commands which relate to the folder you're trying to view. The log may shed some light on what's going on.
