As many business owners probably use Webmail Pro I think it would be useful if you could somehow remove the function to actually delete an email.
Deleting an email by accident could easily be done and I believe this would avoid this.
Is there a way of doing this?

That's not configurable, you would need to modify the source code and remove toolbar button, keyboard shortcut and drag'n'drop handler to achieve that.
Also, bear in mind that deleting mails in WebMail does not remove them from server immediately. They're sent to Trash folder, and you can certainly bring those back from Trash if the removal turns out to be accidental.
