 i like the software but i miss a option to enable that new users can register their own accounts to use the mail server.
 can someone tell me if theres already a plugin that does this ?

          We're not aware of any. And to provide such functionality, deep integration with specific mail server software would be needed. WebMail Pro works with email accounts via standard IMAP/SMTP protocols, and those don't support creating new email accounts.

          If you created a mailbox on the server, you can then use WebMail Pro to log in. It's not needed to create an account in WebMail Pro separately (provided that "Only already registered users can access WebMail" is unchecked in domain settings in WebMail Pro Admin Panel.
