These features are not available in the product out-of-box. We're planning to add filter for unread mails in future versions. And of course, you're allowed to modify the product so that it meets your requirements.
Keep in mind that, according to AGPLv3 license terms, end-users of modified version must be allowed to obtain modified sources.

Yahhooo, I've figured it out, how to add `view Unseen messages only` button into toolbar near other buttons. Works ok with gmail account. (whew)

In current version of AfterLogic WebMail (PHP), it is possible to get a list of unread mails, that's done by clicking unread messages counter next to Inbox folder name. Sorting, however, isn't supported and we're not planning on adding it.
