We've sent you the e-mail with the link to the newest version which probably has this issue fixed ("probably" because this error can occur due to a number of reasons).

Alex

This is a community resource, so we don't really understand who do you expect to mail you. If you need help from AfterLogic Support Team, we recommend using our Helpdesk instead. We'll need debug logs to help you on this, test account could be helpful as well.

Hello

I've got same problem with Webmail PHP Lite. Some users logged in correctly but

forever?

The Lite version wasn't updated for some time, and we're going to update it soon. Multiple
encoding-related issues were fixed in WebMail Pro 6.0.1, more fixes yet to come in 6.0.2.

Can you confirm this is about current 7.3.* release of PHP edition? You can find version number as shown here.

If you're running an older one, switching to current version is strongly recommended.

It's quite an old one, then - early 2012 if I'm right. Anyway, the problem is usually caused by extra output coming from server and breaking XML data exchange between server and client; and in most cases, that would be PHP error messages. So you'll need to check PHP logs or web browser's console output, whichever is more convenient for you, locate those errors and fix the problems causing them.

Most likely, you're running a very old version of the product. Switching to current v7 of WebMail Pro is strongly recommended. My previous answer in this thread still applies, anyway.
