Hello,
How to hide server information in outgoing message header!
The header shows (server name, IP , main domain name, and hosting cpanel user name)

That's not webmail client doing it, it's SMTP servers supply data there when message travels between those servers. It's usually desired to have as complete server information there as possible. It might be possible to reconfigure some of the aspects on your mailserver side - but you won't be able to affect other SMTP servers' behavior of course.

Roundcube for example (custom installation) mask all sender information and it show only SMTP server e.g mail.domain.com but when I send email from afterlogic webmail, it show full details as mentioned in my first post!
So, if there is one script able to mask server information in mail header it means, it is fully possible to be done with any other script.
