Our webmail pro now connects to google apps. A strange thing is happening. Emails appear straight in gmail however the Afterlogic Webmail Pro is not displaying the email sometimes until a couple of hours later. Yesterday for example, an email from 4:45 did not show up until 18:53 and showed the time of 18:53.
Anyone any idea please?

WebMail Pro displays mails the way they're returned by IMAP server. I'd suggest to check that using some other email client, Mozilla Thunderbird for example, and see if it shows the same results as WebMail Pro.
