Hello,
I have a question.
I downloaded the trial version before purchasing and upon installing, it gets past the installs for the perl libraries and gives this error:
Warning: RPMDB altered outside of yum
I'm installing on a brand new install of centos 6. I say error because at this point it just hangs and does nothing.
What should I do at this point?

Which product exactly were you installing, and what installation method did you use? Posting a link to installation instruction you used will help.

Anyway, the message itself is pretty harmless, it merely shows that some packages were installed via rpm command rather than yum:
How to fix the warning: “RPMDB altered outside of yum”?

And, in case this is about MailSuite Pro, it requires v7 of CentOS and isn't guaranteed to run on v6.
