This may be pretty random, since I doubt most users use Cox as their ISP (its a fairly large cable company here in the US). Anyway, my company recently purchased the latest version of MailBee. I am able to send mail successfully from our program using our gmail and aol email accounts (using port 587, SSLMode - UseStartTls, Auto Authentication Method, and Auto SSLProtocol). However, I can't get it to work for our cox.net account.

I have tried many different Port numbers, because Cox apparently blocks port 25 (as does GMail, but they give you another port number). I can't even get my Cox account to work with Outlook Express. I can receive mail, but I can't send it.

So, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Maybe, you should contact Cox directly? I think they should know their own service better than anybody else.

 Regards,
 Alex

OK, I did that just now. I suppose I should've done that before posting. It turns out that you cannot use Cox (even for Outlook) unless they are your ISP. So, I can't set up Outlook (or Mailbee) here at work, because Cox is not their ISP.
