I'm unable to authenticate against an exchange server. I continue to get the message "None of the specified authentication methods is supported by the server." I've tried various combinations of username including DOMAIN\user, user, user@domain.com, etc. Outlook Express is able to authenticate just fine using SMTP. Any pointers?
