So I added to mail servers (IMAP/SMTP), the first one is custom, the second is fastmail.
The custom one (ill refer to it as custom) works fine. I can login and get all my email. The fastmail account does not allow me to login.
However, when I login to the custom account, and add a new account, and select the Fastmail server, these emails work perfectly. So, it means the fastmail webserver is setup correctly.
So, why can't I login as a user using my fastmail details?

The first suggestion is to enable logging in admin interface, reproduce the problem and check the logs; look for error messages coming from IMAP server. Also, make sure your licensed user limit isn't reached - when that happens, you can log into existing WebMail accounts but cannot create new ones.

Thanks for the help, looking at the logs, my fastmail email was attempting to login on the wrong server. In both servers I specified the correct domains in the "domains" box, and it worked.
