Hello,
I have set the AlwaysShowImagesInMessage parameter to true in Mail.config.json, but some images are not displayed in emails (for example, images from LinkedIn). This issue occurs with multiple websites, while images from other sites are displayed correctly. Additionally, the images that do not appear in WebMail Pro are displayed if I use the Gmail client. Do you have a solution to this problem?
Thank you.

Hello,
Are you ising the latest version 9.7.8 of WebMail Pro?
Is your installation accessed via https rather than http? And if yes, can you check the message source and confirm the images are linked via https as well?
Also, are you getting the same results at our Live Demo at https://webmail.afterlogic.com/?

Hello,
My access is https and all images are linked with https
version webmail pro php : 9.7.8.build11-build-o3
I am experiencing exactly the same issue when forwarding the email to https://webmail.afterlogic.com, while it works perfectly when reading via the Gmail client.
Best regards.

Understood, thanks. Unfortunately, not a lot can be done about it without developing a whole new feature of proxying insecure http URLs to secure https ones - which, I imagine, is something Gmail has under the hood.

Hi Igor,
Thanks for your quick response. I understand that handling insecure HTTP links can be a big problem. However, I would like to ask about any configuration or customization options that could help improve this situation. Is there any way for WebMail Pro to handle images that do not display from insecure sources?
Also, if there are any future updates regarding this feature, I would love to be notified.
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Felix

We don't have this planned for the near future, but this is definitely something we'll be looking into at some point. Please feel free to post a feature request at https://afterlogic.uservoice.com/forums/932335-webmail-pro - we use this resource when developing product's roadmap, and if a feature gets a substantial number of votes, that increases its chances of getting implemented. Thank you.
