I have downloaded webmaik to create and install around, but I don't see the new user creation button? and did not receive the activation link? I need help?

You don't need to create users in WebMail. Instead, make sure you have IMAP/SMTP details of your server supplied correctly in Domains screen, then you should be able to log into any existing accounts.
